Our company is engaged not only in buying and selling used cars from Europe, but also in delivering any kind of vehicles from Europe and the countries of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan). We deliver passenger cars, minivans, trucks and construction vehicles.

To order the delivery of a vehicle from Europe or a country of the Customs Union, you have to fill in the feedback form.

After receiving your application, our managers will contact you within 24 hours.

Cost and process of delivery

The cost depends on three main factors:

  • car type;
  • location;
  • technical condition of the car.

Delivery of cars chosen from our catalogue or from the catalogue of another car dealer takes place within 5–28 days to any point of destination in Europe or a country of the Customs Union.

We agree upon the most convenient time of delivery with the customer in advance.

We carefully monitor the execution of all necessary documentation. Transportation is performed in accordance with all the requirements for the delivery of cars that are valid within the EU and the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries.

Vehicle delivery is carried out by tracking its location – this service is provided when ordering a car from the catalogues of the states of the EU, regardless of the year of manufacture and the condition of the car.

Process

  1. The customer provides a detailed description and specifies his/her preferences as to which car he/she wants to buy.
  2. We select the vehicle that corresponds to the criteria listed by the customer and get in touch with the customer within 24 hours. If we don´t find any worthwhile vehicle within that time, we will agree upon a new deadline, if the customer is still interested, of course.
  3. If we find a car for the customer, and the customer shows interest in it, we will check the history of the vehicle and its seller straight away.
  4. If everything is all right with the car and the seller, we will prepare a price quote for the customer.
  5. If third parties don´t take part in the transaction, we will only send the price quote to the seller. If lease companies take part in the transaction, we will also send the price quote to their representatives, together with the personal data concerning the customer.
  6. If everything is all right, and the customer wants to order the vehicle, the deal will be set, and we will enter into the contract.
  7. If the customer wants to buy a car on lease, all of the contracts will be entered into in advance.
