There are many kinds of glass tinting. The most popular kinds of tint are tinting with the sunscreen film (the glass remains transparent, but the coating is applied that protects from sunlight) and mirror tinting (the highest level of protection against sunlight).
Why does your car need tinting?
First of all, tinting reduces the penetration of sunlight into the passenger compartment, and, as a result, the passenger compartment heats up much less, and sunlight does not ruin finishing details that much. Secondly, in the result of disguising the passenger compartment by means of tinting, the probability of theft is also reduced.
Tint installation is a complex procedure, and it is difficult to do it properly without extensive skills and experience, which is why it should be entrusted to professionals.
